The Challenge

As Q Ware CMMS expanded its presence in the market, the growing demand for new features and rapid product improvements began stretching internal development resources thin. This challenge impacted their ability to quickly deliver customer-requested features and resolve support inquiries, making it difficult to maintain the high standards of user experience and innovation the company was known for. Q Ware sought additional development expertise to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

The Solution

Recognizing the need for expert intervention, Q Ware received a strategic referral from their parent company to partner with ETHANY for comprehensive software support services.   • Frontend Architecture: Angular (Version 16+), PrimeNG

  • Backend Architecture: .NET 6+ (C#), Azure Functions, Azure Cache for Redis

  • Database Platform: SQL Server, Azure Table Storage

  • Authentication Services: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Authentication, IdentityServer

  • Mobile: .NET MAUI (offline capabilities)
